CSAT 2013, Notifications, Examination pattern and Eligibility

Now a new test was conducting by the union public services commission(UPSC) named as CSAT civils services aptitude test. This was conducted firstly on 2011.

This examination was started conducting from the year 2011 in the form of two papers. The first paper consists of the general studies and the second one must be the general aptitude. The combined score from these papers will be used to select the candidates who appears for civil services examination.

The persons who score well in the civil services (mains) will be go through an interview and will be appointed for a number of prestigious services some as IPS, IAS, IFS…..

Generally this examination will be held every year in may. The first paper will be held in the morning and the second paper will be held in the afternoon session.
