Fresh EPASS online Applications can be fillied in epass.cgg.gov.in

The fresh scholarships for the students pursuing their education in the academic year of 2012-13. 
The students are informed that to apply for the fresh scholarships which you doesn’t applied earlier. From this year this will be done only in online by the social welfare department. All the students who belonged to sc/st can able to apply if their income is below 2 lakhs per year and the students who belonged to the bc/ebc/dw/mw can able to apply if their income is less than 1,00,00 per year. You can obtain your income certificate from mro office.
The procedure for filling the online EPASS fresh scholarship as follows:
  • This application is valid for this year only, you must renewal this application for the next year.
  • The only way to apply the epass scholarship is to go through their official website http://epass.cgg.gov.in
  • You can able to get your application form once you enter your 10th hall ticket and year of passing only.
  • The students who are not registered will not be eligible to claim later.
  • Students who are applying for the first time will be taken as a fresh application.
  • The students will get this scholarships only if they are not getting the other scholarships like GATE/GPAT/JRF/SRF/STIPENDS…..
  • The eligibility age for this fresh scholarships was as below.

  • The students must have a bank account and a related ifsc code for that account for claiming the scholarships.
  • They can change their account number by mentioning an option in the application

Required documents:

1. S.S.C Hall ticket number.
2. Inter hall ticket number.
3. Caste certificate from mee seva centers.
4. Ration card, the applicant name must be included in that ration card.
Scanning documents:

1.Caste certificate.
2.Income certificate.
3.Latest photograph
4.Bank account number with ifsc code.(pass book first page).
5.Allotment order.
6.Ration card copy.
Email and mobile number must be entered in the fields provided. The ration card number and the bank name and account number along with ifsc code must be entered in the given fields.
