The passed outs of 2012 are here to informed that there is a walk-in in IBM at Hyderabad, you can start your career as a technical support with them.
Job Role:
You role in this help-desk will able to provide voice and e-mail technical help to the end users of North America. Your job must able to handle inbound calls/emails/chats regarding the technical issues. This job will be having in two locations – Hyderabad &Bangalore.
Skills :
Have a good grip in oral and written communication skills.
Can able to hold the browsers like IE, strong computer skills for initial call handling.
They must have the ability to identify the hardware parts and must have the basic hardware knowledge.
They must able to understand the particular problem and can ask suitable questions and must also provide suitable answers for that questions.
Qualifications:
He must be a graduate from any degree i.e., u.g or p.g and also he can also be a diploma holder.
He must have good command in English, fluency and also pronunciation.
