TS bPASS is now online to get the approvals by providing self certification at the official website of bPASS as tsbpass.telangana.gov.in

What is TS BPass?

Telangana State Building Permission Approval self-certification system TS BPASS is now online and can obtain self-certification instantly. The features of TS BPass are as follows,

  1. It is used to get the approval for the plots up to 500 Sq.Mts and height up to 10 Meters for residential buildings through online self-certification.
  2. It is used to register for the plot size up to 75 Sq.Yards and to the construction of ground and ground +1 floor for residential with a token of 1/-.
  3. It is used to obtain NOC’s using a common application form for both residential and non-residential buildings with the plot size of 500 Sq.Mts and height above 10 Mts.
  4. It is used to processing of tentative layout approval applications.
  5. Processing of land use certificates and land conversion ceritifcates.
  6. Processing of Occupancy certificate for buildings constructed in plots which are as non high rise above 200sq.mts and less than 500 sq.mts and for high rise it is 500 Sq.Mts.

BPass Self-Certification: This is a declaration which should be given by the applicant that one should abide to the rules and regulations of the documents and proposals which are going to be submitted by the applicant.

Single Window System: It is an online portal in which will all the building, Layout applications, proposals through online by providing NOC’s as a single point of contact by submitting the documents and fees.

Prerequisites for Self-Certification: Online application form with declaration self-certifying the size and the plot with the ownership documents including EC and its proposed plan

Self-Certification regarding the personal accountability and liability in case of wrongly declared.

If any violations of sanctioned plan, the Govt or the commissioner or the Authorized Agency will demolish without any notice.
